40 hours per week, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Ray White Selwyn Property Management is in growth mode. Our team of high-quality Property Managers are eager to keep the business growing and we are now at the stage where we need another Property Manager Assistant to assist us in the next stage of growth.
We are a well-known brand with a strong local presence in Selwyn, with established relationships and databases. Our Property Management is based in our Lincoln office.
About the role:
Your role will consist of the following various tasks:
– Processing applications, tenancy agreements and inspection reports.
– Compliance reporting, ensuring compliance paperwork is up to date and relevant.
– Creating marketing campaigns for business advertising on our Facebook page and website.
– Creating management packs for the Business Development Managers on a weekly basis.
– Assisting Property Managers in work overflow, ie: inspections, viewings, administrative assistance.
– Maintaining filing system to ensure physical and online software files are up to date.

Skills and experience:
We are willing to consider applicants who are ambitious self-starters. You will need to have an excellent phone manner and strong verbal and written communication. Prior Property Management experience is an advantage.
