Collins Aerospace Mission Systems Governance and Integrity organization is seeking a Process Analyst/Engineering Services, Senior Associate with a passion for problem solving and satisfying customers through the delivery of improvements to the global engineering ecosystem that provide compelling gains to the consistency, efficiency, and productivity of product development efforts across the enterprise. The focus of this position will be to analyze an organization’s processes and develop new methods to improve productivity, efficiency, and operational costs. They examine the way an organization operates and its performance goals, and recommends ways to achieve overall improvement. This position is performed with minimal supervision and requires a candidate with highly-effective communication skills, a strong bias for action, and the ability to prioritize and advance multiple objectives.

The successful candidate will have many of the following skills/experience:
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, business processes, engineering design process
Knowledge of or experience with change control and configuration management
Experience developing requirements, tracing requirements
Experience with Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methods
Forward-thinking, with ability to identify areas for improvement/automation
Experience in Business Process Modeling
Experience with business process management tools (e.g., Stages)
Ability to adapt to change
Ability to develop a schedule and a ccomplish tasks on schedule
Experience with a gile teams and agile processes
Experience with change management tools (e.g. Jira, Subversion, etc.)
Collaborate with teammates to make the best decisions
Enjoy learning new technologies
B e self-motivated to contribute in a work environment positively
Ab ility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Ab ility to work independently or within a team
Positive attitude and eager to learn and improve
Ability to lead effective meetings
Responsibilities include:
Create and track the completion of process releases and updates
Helping establish a means of process effectiveness measurement
Develop and execut e effective training and communication strategies
Develop and maintain process knowledge base
Effectively interact and build trust with team members from many different backgrounds, including engineering management, engineering teams, program management, and operations
Identify impediments and raise t o leadership when needed
Basic Qualifications:
US Citizenship or Green Card Holder
Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate discipline and 3 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a degree, 7 years of relevant experience is required.
