Job TitleTreasury Director- Voice of the Client Job Description What is the Opportunity? The Treasury Director – Voice of the Clientwill manage client focus groups and also act internal consultant as we build world-class treasury solutions. As a practioner, that has risen up through the treasury ranks, you will have in-depth knowledge on pooling, sweeps,in-house bank, and other liquidity structures. Your ability to listen to, help provide alternatives, and be a thought leader to clients is paramount. You thoroughly understand cash flows, payments, working capital, and investments and have familiarity with accounting practices. As a treasury executive at a large corporation, you will have had experience with multiple bank portals, from managing entitlements to making and checking payments. This role will lead client focus groups to determine what the client needs to have from a capabilities and servicing perspective. Using your extensive background and learnings from these focus groups, you can articulate and distill these needs into a relevant client offering roadmap. You will also be able to provide thought leadership and articulate strategic viewpoints from a treasury lens so that we fully have our eyes on horizon 3 capabilities. Your presence at industry conferences and other client events as a thought leader and practitioner will be invaluable. What will you do? Lead client advisory focus groups to determine client needs and requirements, understand the client setup and be able to liaise with product to distill that information. Provide guidance to product and to sales to articulate client needs and to ensure we delight the clients by offering them the services they want and deserve. Analyze CSAT results and hold meaningful conversations around the finding. Communicating and providing thought leadership at conferences and at client events to articulate transforming treasury in a digital era and providing that in a manner consistent with how treasurers and other constituents want to hear such messages. Preferred Requirements Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree preferably in Accounting and or Finance ; Knowledge of Cash Management and Payment services 10+ years of Treasury exeperience What’s in it for you?
