Manage SDR/NCMR Activity
- Collect & Segment SDR/ NCMR’s
- Prioritize based on work stoppage, critical Parts etc.
- Escalate as necessary
- Ensure supplier RCCA is plausible and complete
- Work with internal shop quality and engineering to disposition
- Track through closure
