Real Journeys Hiring for Contact Centre / Reservations Consultant Job at Queenstown Full Time

Not daunted by the thought of having to juggle a myriad of phone calls and emails while keeping professionally suave? A full-time permanent role in our small but dynamic reservations team has come up which isn’t for the reserved!

You will be able to offer great service while engaging with customers to optimise sales opportunities. You will be the point of call for all telephone, webchat and email enquiries from guests and agents for all experiences that are RealNZ. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, team environment and take ownership for confirming all reservation requests in an accurate and timely manner.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Ideally have previous reservations experience;
• Be able to manage your time effectively and multi-task in a demanding environment;
• Be a proactive communicator that is personable and professional;
• Have flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and shift work;
• Have the ability to anticipate guest and agents needs and optimize service and sales opportunities;
• Have a head for numbers and the confidence to work comfortably with pricing and adjustments;
• Have extremely high attention to detail, accuracy and great organisational skills.
