Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day business operations of the sales teams in assigned territories, including resource management & staff/product trainings. Â
- Prepare the required reports and updates accurately and on time. Â
- Responsible for establishing and meeting yearly sales targets in assigned territories and other KPIs (Margins, EBIT, Inventories, Account receivables, Customer visits… etc).
- Design and launch regular sales campaigns and promotions.
- Responsible for consumable inventory management and account receivables in assigned territories.
- Promote and maintain positive relationship with all stakeholders, including dealers via regular customer visits.
- Identify, develop and support overseas dealers.
- Identify, develop and launch new products.
- Promote teamwork and positive working environment between cross-functional depts.
