We are hiring Payroll Specialist to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organizations.

Job description:

• Coordination with different stakeholders for inputs collation, queries, follow up, govt portal authorization, payment to IRAS
• Follow HR policies and prepare the inputs accordingly
• Follow the standard process of data maintenance in the respective folder paths and have regular review and check
• Manage internal & external payroll audit on site with detailed explanation on the pay calculation and source input
• Work with the internal team to collate and prepare data for government surveys
• Prepare compensation budget forecast
• Ensure tracking of monthly government claim, CPF Refund, submission, verification, payment, follow up with employees
• Able to support for adhoc report request from internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Min Degree in any discipline
• 2 – 3 years payroll experience
• Familiar with Singapore payroll process
• Handle large volume of payroll headcounts will be advantageous 
• Experience using Workday, SAP and proficient in Excel
