We are a beautiful setting based in Downend, easily accessible from so many places in Bristol, and we have been operating as a company for 10 years. We continually strive to do things better and we just want Red Bus to be the best place ever for children and the best place for staff to work.

We know that everyone working in our industry have had a very tough time now for 2 years. We have a lovely position available in our Nursery room where our under 2’s spend their day. We have a very large area which is split into four beautiful areas including its own roof top garden. Beautiful resources compliment the environment.

If you would like to work in the under 2’s (you will either be experienced in this area or wish to move into it this age group), come and talk to us, we would love to explore options for you.

We have recently increased our rates of pay to better recognise the hard work all our staff put in.

For our younger applicants out there, unlike many other nurseries, we do not pay on age, we pay on the level of qualification you have, why not, you deserve that !

We also pay an extra £1,000 per annum if you hold any of the following : SEND level 3, Forest School approved qualification, or any relevant Early Years qualification above Level 3. Fancy gaining more qualification with us ? We’re here to help and support you.
