Red Clay Creative LLC Hiring for Operations Manager at Remote Full Time

Red Clay Creative LLC is a fast-growing web design and development agency in Northern Virginia. We work with clients across the country, have ongoing projects, and one-time website projects as well.

We’re looking for someone to help us with the Operations side of the business. There are a lot of moving parts and projects at any given time and we receive daily requests for new tasks. We need someone to organize all of this and coordinate with the various people in the company (2 – 3 people on any given project). We use a project management tool called Monday.com to organize our work, Google Drive for our files, and slack for quick communication. We also try and automate some tasks when possible too.

We need someone who has these traits:

• Strong organizational skills – we have multiple people working on projects and everything needs to be synced up so everyone has what they need
• Solves problems and can find answers to them – we communicate a lot between each other, but things move fast and we have to adapt.
• Creates processes when something can be improved
• Is on top of their work – we have flexible hours and vacation, but everyone is responsible for getting their work done in a reasonable time.
• Detail oriented – there are lots of little details for projects and the more we can keep track of, the happier our clients will be.
