As the Partner Sales Leader your broad responsibilities will include creating the strategy with which we go to market with our various technology partners. You will establish and maintain business and technical relationships with partners, sales teams, and customers while managing the day-to-day interactions in order to create and progress partner opportunities that create value for Red River and accelerate business revenue.
You will be responsible for driving top line revenue growth mid-market and enterprise market segments through partner engagement. You should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions. You should have in-depth knowledge of packaging resell and services to clients in solving their business challenges.
Key job responsibilities
Accountable for the holistic view of services sales across the Partner Ecosystem
Drive pipeline through sell with and sell through initiatives with our strategic technology partners.
Advise customers and commercial sales teams on the value of partners, strategies for engagement, and recommend qualified partners to support customer needs.
Expand our existing footprint of resell customers to include more managed services
Operate the business through effective pipeline and opportunity management maintaining a 3X pipeline
Basic Qualifications
10+ years of enterprise commercial sales, direct or supporting specialist positions, preferably in a partner sales role
Consistently exceeds quota and key performance metrics
Experience working selling with, selling through partners with a track record of accelerating overall business outcomes
Demonstrated aptitude to engage and influence C-level executives
