Our Client is from one of the biggest Aviation industry Company. This role of a Passenger Outdoor Sales Executive (Japanese Speaking) is to be responsible for outdoor sales and sales revenue.
You will be reporting to the Sales Associate Director
【 What you will be doing 】
– Plan, coordinate the overall sales activities, and collect intelligence from the market and trade
– Coordinate and communicate the company’s sales activities to the corporates, trade and general customers
– Keep abreast of distribution strategy in order to best serve our customers on the most adequate channel
– Portfolio management of the assigned accounts
– Preparation of materials which should be communicated to the customers (eg: sales related figures etc) upon visits/calls
– Promoting the company’s product related to passenger sales to potential clients, companies and trade
– Plan and execute the sales promotion activities to enhance sales
– Any other duties as directed by management
【 What they are looking for 】
– Minimum Bachelor Degree/Diploma in any field
– At least 3 years of Sales and Marketing experience is highly preferred!
– Knowledgeable of the Market, Product and Pricing knowhow
– Familiar with MS Office, esp. Excel PowerPoint, Outlook
– Good command of English Japanese, both written and spoken, as this role will require frequent liaising with Japanese Counterparts
– Willing to do Overtime (as and when needed) & Comfortable to work in a fast paced environment
– Working experience in the Travel or Airline industry would be an added advantage.

【 What you will be doing 】
– Develop and service assigned clients’ account consisting of various government agencies
– Responsible for growing account revenue and accountable to the assigned accounts within the FY and developing deep customer relationships and updating customer profiling accurately
– Continually engage and establish relationships with, stakeholders, customers and additionally, expand customers’ profile
– Understanding customers’ needs, coordinating proposals from presales and providing a concise quotation for their consideration.
– Follow up, expedite and liaise with customers in all matters relating to the projects, payment, renewal, and events/training; ensure customers are satisfied with deliverables
– Coordinate Tender Briefing and lead Bid Review with Presales
– Accountable for ensuring completion and quality of tender proposal in conjunction with pre-sales teams
– Preparation of quotations for customer’s reference for opportunities (BQ/RFI/RFP/ITQ/ITT)
– Track and ensure that timelines are met and updates are submitted to other functional teams
– Drive alignment with other functional teams and orchestrate appropriate resources for customer engagements

【What you will be working on】
– Promotes and markets sea freight services for import & export.
– Responsible for the organization and implementation of sales objectives.

– Develop the sales across the APAC area (Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines) as per the agreed target.
– Assist the distributors during customer visits to conduct design.
