Our Client is Japanese Trading Company. The role of a Sales Coordinator is to be responsible for liaising with Customers and handling the Sales Order.
You will be reporting to Senior Sales Manager.
【 What you will be doing 】
– Ensure sales order from customer is promptly processes and play an integral role in the coordination process with supplier & internal department
– Arrange and keeping customer updated delivery schedule
– Generate sales order, delivery order, invoices, shipping documents and general sales reporting
– Preparing sales quotation and assist the salesperson in every aspect to ensure smooth operation
– Liaise with domestic courier company to arrange weekly/ urgent shipment
– Conduct analysis on sales forecast or historical orders with attempt to understand current and future order trends
– Issue purchase order to Supplier
– Provide good support on inventory control
– Assist in customers’ enquiry and request in and during the absence of the salesperson
– Check customer’s credit standing/outstanding payment with finance dept. & ensure requirements are met before order/ delivery is being expedited
– Ensure proper filing of all documentation and assigned sales transaction
Our client is a Japanese manufacturing and distribution company specialising in semiconductors and electronic components and energy related products. Currently, they are looking for a suitable candidate for Sales Co-Ordinator.
【What you will be working on】
– Provide Sales administrative support to ensure business transactions closure from Sales orders through the preparation of orders, invoices and provide verification and follow-up to ensure timely delivery of shipment at all times
– Coordinate, prepare, monitor, and constantly follow-up on order statuses and delivery schedules with overseas companies, suppliers and customers
– Ensure accurate and timely data entries into the necessary systems and distribution of documents to the respective parties
– Handle transaction enquiries, resolve and report operational issues promptly
– Provide support to Sales team
– Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management from time to time

– Act as an interpreter for conference between Singapore and other countries (Japan, Taiwan)

【What you will be working on】
– Handle PO processing for various products and parts procurement.
– Weekly inventory check and forecast planning.
– Demand planning and ordering of inventory based on the forecast.
– Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and monitor purchase cycle from requisition to shipment settlement, with timely updates to sales and order processing team.
– Planning of import shipment container arrangement with warehouse and forwarder.
– Liaise with various sections on incoming shipment schedule dates and prepare necessary documents.
– Manage, check and prepare all related documents for incoming shipment ready for receiving in Sage ERP ACCPAC and LSP (in-house) system.
– Regularly review and compare freight rates with forwarders.
– Source and negotiate competitive pricing from new suppliers and forwarders.
– Maintain complete and updated purchasing records and cost lists.
– Maintain an updated list of approved suppliers and vendors.
– Courier service arrangement and documentation preparation for defective material back to the supplier.
– Consolidate vendor invoices with payment vouchers for payment approval.
– Assist in internal, customer, certification and supplier audits.
– Prepare periodical reports when required.

You’ll be reporting to the Product Manager.
【What will you be working on】
– Liaising with Suppliers on quotations and samples requirement
– Manage and maintain pricing database and system quote approval
– Prepare and submit regular reports
– Supporting Product Manager to achieve sales and profit objectives
