Job Description
Our Client is the Japanese leading software provider of ERP suite. This role of an Accounts & Administration Executive is to be responsible for the whole process of Accounting and Administrative tasks.
You will be reporting to Managing Director.
【 What you will be doing 】
- Handle and maintain full sets of accounts (AP, AR & GL)
- Process invoices, issue cheque, payment voucher and receipt voucher
- Handle Petty Cash, Sale Ledger and CF report
- Prepare bank reconciliations and related cash reports
- Submit CPF
- Issue invoices and liaise with clients regarding payment matters
- Staff claim verification and prepare listing for disbursements
- Manage month-end closing, financial, tax and audit matters
- Ensure the preparation of financial and management results are done in a timely and accurate manner
- Preparation of year end statutory financial statements
- Preparing documents for annual audits and liaising with auditors
- Assist in internal audit and ensure compliance with company policies
- Handle quarterly GST filling
- Proceed payment for bills and rental
- Monthly input of data into Quickbook
– Handle monthly payroll using company’s HR system
– Preparation and submission of employees’ earnings through IRAS Auto-Inclusion Scheme
– Handle employees’ medical insurance and benefits administration
– Maintain accurate employee leave records, processing medical and other claims
– Manage application, renewal and cancellation of Work Passes
– Handle other administrative matters pertaining to staff employment, confirmation and resignation
– Liaise with Government bodies on queries
– Keep up to date with Government policies and update Management
– Other ad-hoc duties as required by Management
– Handling administrative activities(e.g. travel booking, manage office supplies)
