Arbor Counseling is a premier outpatient private practice with four office locations in Dublin, Circleville, Grove City, and Marysville, OH. We are seeking a Receptionist to join our outstanding team at our office in Dublin, OH.

Arbor Counseling is a long-standing private practice with more than 27 years of experience. Our team is comprised of a diverse and caring team of professionals that provide compassionate counseling and therapy to individuals, families, and couples in Central Ohio.

HOURS:

This position will be for 20 hours per week. Actual hours are flexible but will generally need to be arranged to best accommodate counselor’s appointments.

COMPENSATION:

Pay range is $12-15 per hour.

BENEFITS:

Optional retirement plan currently matched at 3%. Aflac supplemental insurance and a Flexible Spending Account with dependent care expenses can be deducted pre-tax based on personal elections. This position does not include health insurance.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Greet clients and assist with needs such as paperwork, etc.
• Return client calls and triage clients to appropriate counselor for first time appointments.
• Maintain copies of paperwork for counselor use.
• Maintain and order supplies as needed
• Enter insurance payments and information
• Complete daily deposits from accounts receivable – balance and make deposits.
• Maintain database to track referrals and number of sessions
• Assist in maintaining client accounts.
• Address counselor and clients questions regarding accounts and/or refer to Billing Manager as necessary.
• Assist with marketing as needed.
• Fill in for billing and payroll as necessary.
