The Regional Operations Director is responsible for managing the daily activities of several eating disorder clinics. The ROM is responsible for directing actions across the Eating Disorder regions to improve efficiency, clinical quality and customer service while managing operating costs.

Travel:

Preferred for candidate to reside in: California, Florida, New Hampshire, Wisconsin, or Tennessee.

As part of the responsibilities of the Regional Executive Director of Operations, The ROM may take on additional duties, to include but not limited to coverage for operations staff & traveling to all site locations as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• One year of operational leadership experience.
• Experience working in behavioral health higher levels of care
• Strong relationship skills
