Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at Refresh Renovations on the North Shore. Great communication, a team player and professional approach is a must.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

Scoping, scheduling, ordering of materials, delivery of projects, sourcing suppliers and obtaining costs, ensuring projects run as per plan and budget, managing trade relationships and quality control.

Qualifications

• Project Management expertise
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Experience in the construction or renovation industry is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
