Rehab1 is seeking a part-time Personal Assistant to join our team! You will provide support to our business owner in this hybrid role encompassing some business but mostly personal responsbilities. We, at Rehab1, believe all our staff plays a key role in achieving our mission. Characteristics of a successful candidate will include strong written and spoken communication skills, as well as an ability to organize multiple tasks simultaneously. He/She must be a positive person, possess a commitment to confidentiality, have a high level of energy and self-motivation, and be a dependable professional with a desire to work independently. Compensation for this position will vary upon your work experience, ranging from $24-27/hour.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Hours may vary dependent upon need. We are planning on requiring 2 days per week for approximately 3 hours per day. (Starting at approximately 6 hours/week)
- This position will work closely with the President of Rehab and be responsible for making sure all tasks assigned are completed by their deadline.
- Gathering and inputting data into Excel spreadsheets, as assigned. Other assigned on line data research/gathering.
- Coordinating and scheduling of personal appointments.
- Scanning of documents and other light office duties, such as filing or shredding.
- Handling mail (collection of, opening, sorting, responding).
- Running errands – including but not limited to Post Office, Handling Banking Transactions, Dry Cleaning, and other duties.
- Must be able to pass Background Check.
- Close proximity to the West Chester area (within 15-20 minutes) is preferred
