Reputable local organization seeking an Executive Assistant!
Job Duties include:
- Provides executive-level and administrative support to multiple Executives
- Assists with drafting and editing documents
- Managing and organizing calendar/schedules
- Provide administrative support as needed including composing letters and report generation
- Handling communications and correspondence
- Completing special projects as directed
- Managing the office and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in similar role
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to effectively multitask and have strong organizational skills
Pay: Up to $85,000 annually, depending on experience
