About us

Renaud Law is a general-practice law firm in the lakeside city of Port Colborne, Ontario.

We are hiring an administrative assistant/receptionist to be the first point of contact with clients in a growing law firm. The successful candidate will:

• Meet clients in the reception area

• Answer the telephone, direct calls, and take messages
• Deposit money in the bank
• Mail, fax, and e-mail documents to clients and other law firms

• Open and organize files

We pay competitively for this position and award a bonus every year for exceptional personal and company performance.

Candidates can acquire the skills necessary for this position in a number of ways, and we are thus flexible in what we will accept in terms of job experience and education. We will train the successful candidate to do all tasks required.
