Looking for a motivated, friendly, results-driven experienced Aesthetician/Front Desk Manager. Medspa experience preferred, computer proficiency, excellent customer service skills and ability to consistently achieve sales goals.

Some of your Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform Medspa treatments

• Open/Close Spa
• Greet and warmly welcome clients to the Spa
• Provide paperwork
• Provide enthusiastic, knowledgeable Spa Tour Experience
• Work with co-workers to ensure ultimate customer service
• Schedule, confirm, rebook clients
• Efficiently fill schedule thru back to back booking and prescheduling appointments
• Ensure package clients book out in advance as directed by treatment protocols
• Rebook returning clients before departure to avoid phone tag
• Respond to phone calls, emails & texts with immediacy
• Collect transactional and monthly account payments
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Monitor inventories for re-order
• Establish client relationships through trust. Under promise, Over achieve
• “Always be selling” Assess client needs, Answer their questions, Determine their budget, Recommend solutions, Close Sale or Enlist Closer
• Sell treatments, products, promotions and events via phone, texts, emails and face to face in spa, in community,
• Actively seek out clients in your community
• Track & achieve sales goals on a daily, monthly, weekly, quarterly and annual basis
• Secure Referrals, Video testimonials, 5 star reviews, Social Media Check-ins
• Create & Post Social Media content (reels, basic editing) & Canva basic
• Enlist co workers to assist with spa tasks as needed

Full-time Hourly: $16.00 – $22 + Commission
