The Opportunity
Working as part of our broader contact centre group; our customer care team play a critical role in engaging with our customers and advisers. Working with both outbound and inbound calls, you will –

• Support Advisers in providing solutions to Wealth Protection customers at various stages of the customer lifecycle
• Capture customer and adviser insights and feedback
• Prepare recommendations to stakeholders to facilitate good customer experience
• Collaborate with our Customer Service, Product and Distribution teams to share knowledge and respond to Customer engagement opportunities
• Utilise a variety of systems and technology including Salesforce to track and manage appointments and pipelines of work.

Your Story
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for providing the highest level of customer experience. You will have prior experience within a sales, contact centre or customer facing hospitality environment – with a curious nature, strong collaboration mindset and passion for learning.
Prior financial services experience would be highly advantageous; but not essential as extensive systems and product training will be provided.
