Working Location:Located near our corporate office near Minneapolis, MN preferredWill consider remote candidates located anywhere in the continental US Responsibilities:Partner with the sales team to provide recurring and proactive financial analysis and reportingRecommend compensation changes and structure that drive company results.Lead Quarterly Incentive Comp ProcessDevelop and Maintain Sales DashboardsMust have the ability to turn disparate data into timely decision-making information using succinct, relevant and cohesive narratives supported with graphical interpretationsAct as a key business partner to our sales teams to identify areas of opportunity and make recommendations that drive profitabilityHelp lead the development and creation of the annual budget in addition to multi-year financial planningAnticipate senior level company leader financial reporting needs and provide the necessary tools and processes to be an effective business partnerProvide expert use of data analysis tools to prepare detailed, complex data analysis and modeling to aid in the evaluation of financial results and business initiatives.Teach/re-enforce financial concepts and tools across audiences of varying familiarityAd-hoc financial reporting and analysisSupport the implementation of SalesForce.
