- Sunday – Thursday roster (39.5 hours p/w)Â

The Role:Â
Assisting the Store Manager in all retail operations, this job also involve but not limited to:
- Inspiring and developing a team of up to 12
- Drive sales & KPIs, ensuring a high level of customer service is being provided
- Overseeing the store in absence of the Store Manager
- Product training, merchandising, stocktakes, stock management
- Conducting – performance reviews and plans, recruitment and moreÂ
About You:
- Proven leadership experience within fast paced & customer focused retail environment
- Enthusiastic personality, outgoing and confident with customer service & sales
- A love for fashion, footwear and styling!
- Hold a high standard of personal appearance and presentationÂ
- Confident in building rapport and representing the brand to build your clientele
