A little about the role:
During your day, you will screen and interview applicants, complete compliance assessments and reference checks, conduct face to face candidate inductions and training sessions along with facilitating regular team get togethers. You will also support the bookings team in the allocation of candidates across our various client locations. You will be able to build strong connections with our candidates and clients and enjoy the daily reward of being able to support both client and candidate while ensuring Gaia Healthcare continues to offer a professional and highly regarded service.
Set your own hours during the business day while having the opportunity to earn a great income. With a focus on our temporary workforce recruitment and management, you will also have the opportunity to build a permanent recruitment business.
