Position Summary:

We are looking for a methodical and well organized individual to handle our customer service representative. Knowledge of MS Office, Excel skills and the ability to read, write and speak English is a must. Able to have good ethics and high standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Excellent communication skills written, spoken, via telephone face to face, email, ARINC radio system

2. Excellent interpersonal skills

3. Must be very organized

4. Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure

5. Assist customers with requested services

6. Resolve customer requests, questions, complaints regarding the company’s services or products

7. Bill customers for services rendered

8. Set up new accounts; maintain records and other clerical duties

9. Maintain a high standard of professional appearance at all times

10. Maintain and stock materials and amenities in the customer service areas

• Must be able to recognize and prepare for changes to their environment and adapt their plans and strategies in order to accomplish tasks
• This person must be able to communicate effectively using verbal, written, digital and radio means of communication
• Strict attention to detail is required to avoid confusion while communicating orders.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• No special licenses or certificates required
• One-year minimum working as Customer Service

Pay: From $20.00 – $26.00 per hour
