Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required

• Experience working in an administrative capacity at a medical office or medical spa preferred

• Must possess excellent customer service skills

• Have the ability to multi-task and work independently

• Strong computer/technical skills, including knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office

• Detail-oriented

• Ability to multi-task

• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision

Medical Receptionist/Assistant will deal with all clerical aspects regarding patient care and patient inquiries. The ideal candidate will interact with patients, the other team members and the physician with issues related to scheduling, documentation, lab ordering, medication prescriptions, and treatments as well as maintaining a welcoming, clean environment for patients and assisting clerical and non-clerical duties.
