This is a hybrid role where 50% of your responsibility will be in recruiting and 50% performing general HR functions including benefits administration, on-boarding, safety training, employee relations and assist with strategic planning.

Your role in HR will be far from one-dimensional, you’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and assisting with crafting and maintaining HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. You’ll act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics and lead as our Chief Fun Officer. The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations continue to run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
Optimum candidates have several years’ experience in a human resources/business support coordination and/or administration, with a strong ability to balance employee engagement/happiness and protecting the company at the same time (well-balanced). Successful candidates have a proven track record with recruiting and retention. They should possess a natural curiosity to validate accuracy, be self-motivated, energetic, possess excellent relational skills, be highly organized, efficient, and be able to conduct themselves with professionalism and discretion. This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently, prioritizing and managing multiple tasks, and possess the aptitude to learn new skills as needed.
