Luxury Condominium Concierge Job Description

RGR Property Management is seeking professional concierge staff for luxury condominium property located in Hingham, Massachusetts. Ideal candidates will live nearby in surrounding towns. We are seeking 1 individual to add to our staff to fulfill the position on a part time basis.

• The concierge desk is staffed from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. We are looking for someone to work 1/2 day on Wednesday and full days on Thursday and Friday. Concierge reports to property manager at RGR Property Management

• Project a consistent image that complements Luxury Condominium Lifestyle in appearance, performance and service orientation

• Complete daily shift logs with time stamped reports of occurrences, visitors, and vendor arrivals at the building.

• Welcome/greet all residents and guests to the property in a professional manner reflecting a willing attitude to accommodate. Use residents first and last name as appropriate.

• Maintain a log of who uses the concierge set of keys and ensure they are properly locked away at the end of each shift.

• Monitor and troubleshoot building systems as needed. Includes setting up residents in the ButterflyMX intercom system and the Package Concierge.

• Announce all guests to units.

• Walk common spaces once daily and walk around the building. Remove trash as needed and report and necessary repairs to maintenance

• Become knowledgeable with building service providers, i.e., limousines, taxi, cleaners, pet services, food delivery and the like.

• Ensure that the front lobby is always well maintained; chipped paint addressed immediately, proper lighting, panel and desk polished and the like.

• Receive calls from residents for personal services. Ensure that all requests are met in a timely manner.

• Ensure that the front desk is always covered during shift hours, and that proper notice is given during lunch break.

• Accept deliveries in accordance with approved policy, mail and dry cleaning and maintain logs associated with each task.

• Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs and announce it to the property accordingly.

• Assist with package returns for residents as needed.

• Receive calls from residents for maintenance or service and forward to maintenance staff during routine business hours.

• Enforce the building rules and regulations as provided by the Board of Managers.

Ensure that all contractors have signed in before entering the building.

• Carefully monitor all security and life safety systems and report problems to Property

Manager

• Welcome new residents and assist with coordinating delivery of newspapers, cable TV, grocery delivery laundry services etc.

• Provide information about local activities and events throughout the city.

• Introduce new services and opportunities that may be of interest to owners and residents.

• Document all resident requests, complaints or problems immediately and notify designated department/personnel for resolving the issue.

• Complete incident reports as needed.

• Perform duties as requested by the Property Manager.

• Maintain a current listing of vendors including babysitting, housekeeping, pet care, florist, dry cleaning, restaurants, ticket agencies, theater and the like.

• Ensure personal appearance is always immaculate; uniform clean crisp and shoes are polished.

• Helping coordinate social events if needed

Expected Hourly rate: $25 per hour

Hours per week: 20
