Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. (RHA) is currently hiring for the following position:

Program Support Manager

Full-time, exempt

RHA is looking for a Program Support Manager for our San Diego office to provide high level administrative support for a state-wide weatherization program targeting underserved and disadvantaged communities. Duties will include conducting research, writing and editing documents, organizing and completing data analysis, facilities coordination and other elements needed for program and contract deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or commensurate experience
• Must have minimum of 4 years of experience in a professional office environment providing management support, coordinating large-scale logistics, producing reports, and performing interoffice and/or client communications
• Proven ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
• Good knowledge of business and computer software
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
