The Richmond City Justice Center Services Division is seeking highly qualified candidates for the position of Records Clerk. The work location is the Richmond City Justice Center.
The Records Clerk is a civilian position responsible for initiating, maintaining, filing and destruction of inmate documentation and records.
The Records Clerk requires a High School Diploma. Will be knowledgeable with the Freedom of Information Act and records retention regulations set forth by the Library of Virginia. Must be knowledgeable in basic filing systems and one year records clerk experience is preferred. Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality. Will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, general office equipment and possess basic computer skills. Knowledge of Intranet and Internet use.
Position is open until filled and the position is at-will.
