**TRAVEL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE A PLUS**

To be successful at Billing and report review for Right Direction you have to be able to work from home in an a quiet office setting. You should have a pleasant personality, as you will be interacting with employees. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may requires various shifts working from home.

Job Duties:
Reviewing expense reports and receipts for accuracy making adjustments as needed, answer incoming customer inquiries, collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies

• Provide accurate information via phone/email to clients and employees
• Solve problems that may be unstructured and require the use of conceptual thinking skills
• Listen attentively to Client and employee’s needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy and build rapport
• Prepare correspondence
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Requirements Proven work experience as a Billing specialist, Receptionist, Front Office Representative, Sales or similar roles
