R&K Solutions Hiring for Air Force Real Estate Analyst – Fully Remote at Remote Full Time
R&K Solutions, Inc. is seeking motivated and qualified individuals for an analyst position for
headquarters level real estate management in support of an Air Force client.

Duties: The successful applicant will be required to:
- Professionally engage senior Government and Military leaders
- Analyze, track and maintain real estate transaction packages for a federal customer.
- Perfect incomplete packages in coordination with customer and other government stakeholders.
- Analyze, track, and engage other entities on a high volume of real estate packages, including USACE.
- Perform quality assurance reviews of real estate packages.
- Analyze real estate transfers and reassignments for compliance.
- Review higher level law and policies for understanding and applicability.
- Support other real property and real estate management professionals.
- Participate in required project management meetings with customers and stake holders.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; college degree is preferred.
- Two years of experience of Federal real property acquisition, to include knowledge and experience
in real estate land transactions, working with appraisals, title, surveys, and rights of way.
- Have knowledge of federal, state, and/or local real estate regulations and statutes, Air Force and
Department of Defense (DoD) directives, instructions, and policies.
- High level of proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications to include MS Access, Excel and
SharePoint is necessary.
- Proficiency with Air Force real property accountability systems is not required, but preferred.
- High level of customer support and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to teach other professionals in an informal setting is required.
- The candidate will have strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and have proven data
and policy analysis skills. Proficient writing skills is a must. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter
with proven and documented success in completing objectives under challenging conditions.
- Travel within the continental US is routine and required, to include San Antonio, TX to meet at the
customer offices on Lackland Air Force Base.
- Must be able to obtain a DoD Position of Trust. Secret or higher Security Clearance is not required.
