- Help parents, students and teachers who come to the front office..
- Word processing as assigned.
- Answer phones in the main office.
- Distribution of mail and other communication items as assingned.
- Assist in staff copying requests, use of copy machines.
- Collect and record daily student attendance information.
- Assist in staff copying requests, use of copy machine.
- Supervision as needed.
- Work as part of a team.
- Support the security room.
- Assist with ongoing communcation with Trasportation and staff
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Able to attend work regularly and report to work in a timely manner.
- Ability to use the computer for word processing and database processing.
- Proficient in Google Docs
- Familiar with Infinite Campus
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of operation and maintenance of office equipment.
- Must be organized and able to prioritize duties.
- Must be comfortable with interruptions.
- Must be able to relate to staff, students and parents.
- Must understand and adhere to data privacy laws.
