Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in OKC, Oklahoma, 73159, United States. The role primarily encompasses data management, customer interactions, and administrative duties. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in various industries, including business, finance, healthcare, and government, where you will be expected to handle a multitude of tasks ranging from data entry to report generation.
Responsibilities
• Actively participate in the gathering, analysis, and presentation of information in a structured format.
• Accurately process customer credit applications and maintain precise customer credit records.
• Perform data entry tasks using various software, including Microsoft Excel, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, providing high-level customer service.
• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Create comprehensive reports, summarizing complex data for easy understanding and decision-making.
• Utilize strong computer research skills to gather relevant information and data.
• Maintain orderly and efficient customer records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Actively participate in team meetings and discussions, providing insights and suggestions to improve processes.
• Handle other administrative duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth running of the workplace. Requirements • Proficiency in computer research techniques and methods.
• Demonstrated ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with computer data entry systems and software applications.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data organization, analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.
• High school diploma or equivalent education level required.
• Prior experience in an administrative role would be advantageous.
