As the Data Entry Clerk, you will complete various accounting and finance support tasks, including accurately entering significant amounts of data into Microsoft Excel as well as ERP systems and databases. This Data Entry Clerk role is a short-term contract / temporary opportunity in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Your responsibilities in this role

• Following data program techniques and procedures to maintain data entry requirements
• Gathering and organizing information to be entered into the computer; prioritizing entries
• Processing customer and account source documents, reviewing data and detecting deficiencies
• Aiding the company in data entry and additional administrative tasks
• Executing additional tasks as required
• Adhering to policies and procedures when performing operations; reporting needed revisions
• Working with and maintaining confidentiality of highly sensitive information
• Earlier work involving Review Journal Entries
• Data entry experience preferred
• Numeric data entry experience preferred
• Quality experience with Computer Data Entry
• Practical knowledge of data entry
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel
• Wide ranging experience with journal entries
• Well-founded grasp of Perform Data Entry
• General familiarity with numeric data entry
• Data entry experience
• Perform Data Entry experience highly desired
• Proven knowledge of Typing Data Entry
• Produce a data entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy
• High school diploma, GED, or other equivalent
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Proficient with diversified computer software and systems
