This is a position that will support local and field users as a highly visible role that has a positive impact on both the department and the company. This Level 1 Help Desk role is based in the Mequon, Wisconsin area and is a permanent placement opportunity.

Key responsibilities:

• Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues

• Provide solutions and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups

• Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the root of the problems

• Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally

  Requirements – Practical knowledge in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications

• Firm grasp of basic networking concepts

• IT support ticketing system experience highly valued

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Remote Desktop Support experience

• Windows Desktop Operating System experience

• Citrix experience highly desired

• Active Directory experience required

• Citrix experience

• Background in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment

• 1+ years of prior experience
