Our client is a well-established beauty and cosmetic brand providing high performance and innovative products to the consumer market for over 150 years. As part of their growth plans for the Asia region, they are seeking to recruit a Senior Commercial Finance Manager for APAC.
The Role
Reporting to the CFO, you will lead in the management and analysis of business performance, advising as well as providing insights to the senior management team on key commercial and business development activities. You will partner closely with the Head of Department for Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Operations and lead the business planning processes, budgeting and forecasting with a goal to achieve long-term sustainable growth and improvement in profitability. You will also analysis business performance to understand the trends, risk and opportunities for the business and help deliver efficiency and margin improvement goals. Last but not least, you will also have the opportunity to lead and drive process improvement, efficiency and simplification projects across the organization.
Your Profile
As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in accountancy or ACCA and the following relevant experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in Commercial Finance/Finance Business partnering
- Proven regional exposure
- Strong excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to challenge the status quo
- Prior experience within the FMCG, Retail and/or Beauty industry will be highly preferred
