Rocky Mountain Dental Arts is looking for a front office administrator to join our amazing team. We are a small private practice in Loveland that strives to provide our patients with the highest quality of comprehensive dental care in a professional, caring and patient centered environment. ***1 year of dental or medical experience is required***

Job duties include the following but are not limited to:

• Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
• Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
• Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
• Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the office.
• Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
• Scheduling appointments and providing appointment reminders.
• Communicating with dental insurance providers and offices of other dental providers
• Verifying insurance, submitting insurance claims, collecting payments, and performing billing
• Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.
• Working in Dentrix to chart treatments, enter insurance, creating and reviewing financial estimates for patients

High School education required, bachelors or associates is preferred.

The position is full time and four days a week. We can be flexible with scheduling if needed.

COVID-19 considerations:
PPE will be provided and our office is closely following all recommendations from the ADA, CDC and OSHA. All patients and staff are required to wear a mask in the office.
