Mail Room/File Clerk

Rosen Injury Lawyers is a growing personal injury law firm located in Jenkintown, PA. We are seeking a mailroom/file clerk to join our team and assist our legal staff.

*We encourage recent grads and/or current students to apply! College degree not required.*

Job Description:

· Working with legal staff to coordinate mailings and uploading documents to internal systems.

· Opening, sorting, stamping, and distributing all incoming mail/faxes.

· Folding, stuffing, and sending outgoing mail.

· Researching returned mail and updating related documentation.

· Scanning in all documents.

· Assists with uploading documents to case management software

· Calling for maintenance on mail machines.

· Assists in filing, pulling, and purging of individual claims.

· Maintains and keeps in total confidence, all files, documents and records that pertain to the operation of business and our cases.

· Handles special projects or other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Comfortable operating postage machines, copiers and scanners. Training on our devices will be provided, but previous experience with such office machines is preferred.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Proficient with using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Word and Excel).

· Ability to multi-task.

· Law firm experience preferred, but not required.

Job Type:

This is an immediately available Full-Time position.

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Compensation:

Negotiable, based on education & experience. Please send pay requirements with resume.

Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after successful completion of probationary period. Benefits include health, vision and dental insurance, paid vacation time, paid sick time and 401k.
