Band 6 Education Facilitators – Clinical Education

2 x permanent (1.0 WTE) roles available, job share will be considered

We have an exciting opportunity for 2 registered health professionals to join the Clinical Education Team at Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The roles are central to the delivery of education and practice development within the clinical workforce, through program design and delivery, work based learning, clinical support, education and training.

Please note these roles jointly support education and clinical skills delivery to the Clinical workforce including Medical and non-medical students in addition to supporting the wider delivery of education needs within the trust. The roles are fundamental to ensuring quality clinical placements of medical and non-medical students and apprentices thus supporting a robust assessment and evaluation process.

The posts will enable the right candidates to develop their own portfolio in teaching, training and understanding learning as well as being supported in their own development as an educator. This is a fantastic opportunity for personal and professional development, and is an exciting time to join the education teams within the new Heart and Lung research institute.
