Position Title- Clerical Associate (Level 1)
Location- Lower Manhattan, NY 10007 (Onsite Role)
Duration- 6+ months contract (with possible extension)

Job Summary & Skills Desired:

ESRD requires Clerical Associates with more than a year of experience, to perform data entry duties for the Inspections Unit, which involves uploading Inspection results into DOB Now and our Maximo Application for over 3,000 Elevator Devices. Inspections conducted are per DOB Mandate and include CAT 1 & 5’s and Periodic Inspections. Knowledge of MS applications such as MS Word & Excel.

Duties:

Data Entry into “DOB Now” database
Data Entry into Client’s Maximo Application
Filing

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Data entry: 2 years (Preferred)
