Ryan Looking for Administration Assistant (Part time) at Invercargill, Southland, New Zealand Full Time
Working as part of a small team your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Trust accounting administration
- Telephone support – liaising with families and services
- Managing and coordinating deliveries
- Checking of incoming and outgoing mail
- Purchasing and receipting
To be considered for this role you need the following:
- Experience in an administration role
- Flexible approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- A clean criminal record history, and can pass a drug test
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team where every day is different! The working hours are Monday – Friday 9am-2:30pm.
