Summary

The RPA Intern assists with the analysis, design, delivery, and maintenance of process automation (Robotics Process Automation or RPA)across the enterprise. Works with internal clients to capture “”as-is”” processes and map “”to-be”” processes.

Uses process mapping tools to document business processes, and creates detailed step by step PDD process definition documents to be used by the team to confirm requirements.

Uses industry standard RPA tools to development, test, and deploy of automated solutions in adherence with Ryder Automation COE standards.

The RPA Intern will also be called upon to assist with managing the Virtual Workforce of robots and automation, including running PowerBI reporting. The Intern should have a working knowledge of databases and exposure to basic SQL.

REMOTE WORK FROM HOME: Local to Florida or Georgia

Additional Expectations:

• exposure to programming languages and computer logic

• computer science, industrial engineering, accounting, or business majors preferred

• coursework or exposure to project management principles or operations management preferred

• background or experience in data, databases, SQL, excel, or data visualization / graphing

TEMP INTERNSHIP starting in August

Full Time – 40 hours a week
