As Youth & Parenting Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the provision of effective youth and parenting and child safety programmes to local whānau and families. This will include people leadership, case management and ensuring optimum programme quality.
You have the innate ability to empower and support others, you lead from the front. You understand the intricacies of the role, as your background is social work and/or counselling. Ideally, you’re 5 years post-graduation and have a minimum of 2 years in a team leader role.

This role is permanent full-time, 37.5 hours p/w, Monday-Friday. Hours are 9am – 5pm.
