About the Position:
The Women’s and Seniors Health & Wellness Coordinator delivers culturally safe, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, cross-cultural health brokerage to eligible newcomer women and seniors who face multiple barriers and lack of access to health and wellness navigation support. This position provides health & wellness information, resources and referrals that support newcomer women and senior inclusion such as bridging gaps in knowledge, expectations, and understanding between newcomers and health care providers.
