This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience assisting a team of busy producers at S&S. We hope to provide some grounding as to what it takes to be a producer and also exposure to the wider working of an agency.
We are a close and supportive team, working across a variety of brands, delivering a wide range of content across multiple channels and platforms.
What you’ll do
Assist producers with director searches
Create presentations for meetings so having experience of google docs is essential and a good eye for detail and layout
Raise estimates and PO’s and help keep running budgets for productions
Complete production paperwork – PIBS, Part 2 Contracts, Child Licences, Artist Contracts etc
If there is sufficient experience, there is the opportunity to take on mood films and oversee radio production/narrative recordings
Researching and booking VO artists and on-screen talent
Booking in meetings with creatives, account management, managing diaries
Booking sessions with editors, post-houses and sound sessions
Researching established and emerging talent and tech innovations
Have exposure to production across multi-disciplines
Who you’ll do it with
Working alongside a range of Exec, Senior and Mid-Weight Producers and generally assisting the integrated production team.
What it takes
Excellent computer skills; Google/Microsoft Office incl keynote/slides/PP as standard. Basic editing skills could be helpful.
Great organisational skills and attention to detail is a must.
Budgeting skills
Resourceful and able to think outside the box
A natural problem solver
Good communicator both verbal and written.
Confidence, positivity and ability to be calm under pressure
Strong team player.
Able to demonstrate a passion for film and stills production
