Safety Harbor Builders is an employee-based company that has been building homes in southwest Florida since it’s inception in 1983. Whether new construction or renovation, Safety Harbor Builders has fulfilled client’s dreams with unmatched quality and service.

We are hiring an experienced administrative assistant or interior designer to assist the project managers with the client communications, selection coordination, and administration of the construction process from start to finish. We currently manage approximately 15 projects at any given time.

Responsibilities:

• Setup and manage our online project management software
• Coordinate selections including collecting initial quotes, maintain communication with clients and designers regarding the selections, and managing the ordering process.
• Assist with the administrations of the projects.

Requirements:

• High level of computer experience
• Multitasking & organizational skills
• Basic construction knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
