At Sager we have a high-energy team that supports our vision of understanding and satisfying our customers. We are currently searching for a Cash Applications Representative to support the credit department. This position is remote, but will need to attend occasional onsite meetings in Middleboro, MA. The ideal candidate is driving distance to Middleboro, MA.

How you will spend your time:

• Daily cash application of credit card payments received for customer accounts.
• Support cash application of checks/wires/ACH received for customer accounts.
• Daily resolution of worksheets and adjustments to customer accounts.
• Contact customers to correct remittance address as necessary.
• Procurement/file and update of both new & existing customer sales tax certificates.
• Daily review of assigned customer accounts and invoice uploads to portals
• Complete credit references as requested.

We’re excited if you have:

• Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
• Sufficient formal or informal education to assure the ability to read and write English and compute accurate business math at a level required for successful job performance; and
• Two (2) years’ full-time experience in a clerical or administrative capacity.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
