About the Role

The purpose of the role of a Sales Agent is to assist clients in completing their financing process and selecting their vehicle, while maximizing profitability for the company through upselling suitable insurance products and interest rates. This role involves following established call scripts and processes, from loan approval to pay-out, and providing administrative support as needed, all while ensuring compliance with regulations and laws. The ultimate goal is to increase revenue by effectively guiding clients through the final stages of the financing process and offering them suitable products to meet their needs.

$55k Salary – $85K with min target commission but no limits! 

Key responsibilities:

• Manage approved loan applications promptly using the company’s CRM system, and ensure timely follow-up and response to clients.
• Help customers find a vehicle that meets their needs, budget, and preferences using the established selection process, and provide great support during this period.
• Assess clients’ financial needs, research and review available finance products, and recommend suitable options to meet their requirements.
• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations, including the Financial Services and Insurance legislation, to ensure compliance and protect clients’ interests.
• Offer clients insurance products that meet their needs and increase the company’s profitability, and recommend interest rates that are suitable for the client and meet the company’s profitability requirements.
• Adhere to established script for customer interactions, including language, tone, and message, to ensure consistent and accurate communication with customers.
• Respond to customer concerns, objections, and queries and provide solutions to ensure a successful sale, follow up on loan approvals, gather necessary documents and provide assistance to customers to ensure loan pay-out within the agreed time frames, and respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed over the phone.

Who are we looking for?

• Ability to closely follow all processes – Different processes have been created to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for our clients and to ensure we are following all relevant legislation regarding lending and insurance brokering. This includes using the provided call scripts and using suitable language via phone and email. 
• Prioritising KEY tasks – You will be required to assess and recognise conflicting priorities during your scheduled hours and report where necessary to Management if any arise. 
• Time Management – To ensure applications are assessed and submitted within the agreed time frames. Attention to detail – ability to identify key tasks that need completing or re-doing if they do not meet the expected company standards. Ensure that the work completed is of the highest standards and accuracy to ensure prompt outcomes.
• Integrity – A high degree of trust is placed on this role due to direct access to Client banking and personal information. It’s important that you represent the company to the highest of standards
