Do you have experience shipping foundational security services via different cloud infrastructures like AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and others? Are you the type of product manager that navigates short term roadblocks and challenging situations while focusing on delivering long term value to and delighting customers? You will have an opportunity to impact security across all of Salesforce businesses and geographies, work with customers and partners and deliver significant impact in an area that is a top priority for the company.
We are seeking a highly skilled, multi-faceted senior product manager with proven experience managing complex cloud technology products and programs spanning IT, PaaS, IaaS, Integrations and Security.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop vision, roadmaps and plans with executive management and cross functional stakeholders to drive the adoption of foundational security services in diverse Cloud environment and geographies
Engage customers, partners and internal stakeholders to determine business requirements, technical considerations and strategic goals.
Collaborate with Engineering and cross functional peers to deliver strategic and tactical plans and objectives
Serve as a Product Owner on the scrum team(s) and work with Engineers to ship a quality set of products and services
Drive Cloud Innovation Product Management from planning to delivery and iteration
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or relevant industry experience
5+ years of professional experience in Product Management with an emphasis on launching new cloud-delivered products and services
Top notch written and oral communication skills, including experience addressing executive leadership, participating in the sales cycle, and handling sensitive customer escalations
Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into an actionable product roadmap
Experience working and delivering products or services in an agile/lean environment
Track record of successfully building alliances with teams in a matrix environment
Experience building and delivering solution on AWS, Azure, GCP and other cloud service providers in a multifaceted and automated environment
DESIRED SKILLS:
Understand the security objectives and challenges in cloud
Craft a strategy, roadmap and plan for execution to include features, functions and deliverables
Detailed understanding of enterprise software development and infrastructure processes and lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a multifaceted environment using agile or similar methodologies
Past experience driving full lifecycle projects
CISM and/or CISSP certification a plus
Agile/Lean certified a plus
Seasoned professional in corporate communications, presentation, and risk awareness
Experience in driving key information security, compliance and other regulatory requirements internally and externally
Information Systems Or Computer Science Master’s Degree OR equivalent industry experience
